Terms of Service

1. Who can use GoalMetrix

You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. By using GoalMetrix you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports betting.

2. What GoalMetrix is

GoalMetrix is a soccer statistics and analytics service. It shows match data, projections, estimated chances and comparisons with publicly available odds.

Everything we show is a statistical estimate. It is not betting, financial or professional advice, and it is not a promise of any result. Matches are uncertain and our estimates will often be wrong.

GoalMetrix is not a sportsbook. We don't take bets, hold money for betting, pay winnings or run contests with prizes. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a third party, at your own risk.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Don't share it or resell access. An account can be signed in on one device at a time: signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
• Tell us at support@goalmetrix.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Subscription, free trial and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• If you start a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. We'll show the price and the date before you start. There's one free trial per person and per card: if a card has already had a trial, no new trial starts and nothing is charged unless you choose to start the plan.
• You can cancel at any time in your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months, except where the law requires a refund or we decide otherwise.
• We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or redistribute GoalMetrix data or content;
• use GoalMetrix to build a competing product or data feed;
• reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service, or get around access limits or security;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

6. Data from others

Match data, statistics and odds come from third-party providers. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and sportsbook odds change constantly. Always check the odds in your sportsbook before acting on anything.

7. Our content

GoalMetrix, its design, models, text and analysis belong to GoalMetrix or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active. Team and league names and crests belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and matches. No club or league endorses or is affiliated with GoalMetrix.

8. No warranties

GoalMetrix is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or results.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GoalMetrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any betting or trading losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover GoalMetrix's reasonable costs and losses from claims caused by your misuse of GoalMetrix or your breach of these terms.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we close the service for reasons other than your breach, we'll refund any prepaid amount for time you haven't used.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
